Green Lady Cemetary

The Story: This site is a graveyard with the lone headstone of Elisabeth Palmiter left standing. As legend has it, on April 12, 1800 Elisabeth's husband, Benjamin, went to town for supplies and was unable to return home because of a freak snow storm. Thirty year old Elisabeth went out in search of him, eventually becoming lost in the woods and drowning in the swamp land next to the cemetery. Individuals in that area have reported seeing an apparition of a woman walking along the dirt road in a green mist; others stated that their flashlights and recording devices failed to work while in that vicinity, while many others have seen mysterious lights.and heard loud sounds at 3 am (dead time) less than 100 yards away. Some even claim to have been chased by a man with a lantern... CONFIRMED BY ED & LORRAINE WARREN!!
